Style Travels // July 4th Weekend Recap

I took a small adventure with friends to my neighboring city of Austin, TX. One of the most creative cities I’ve ever visited…..(I haven’t visited many x_x) Here are some Insta-snaps of moments I captured through the eyes of my iPhone5.

Pendernales

Here is our first stop: Pendernales Falls…just an hour outside of Austin. It’s one of the most scenic hiking trails I’ve been to and it’s definitely a challenge. This was my third time back and it still amazes me every time. And I will still continue to go back!

We did some kayaking on the river and we went right when the sun was setting. It was a great way to end the day. And now cue the food pictures:

Austin is known for their food trucks and boy did we stop at each food truck park we could find. This picture was just one of many of the tasty food we tried. But their food trucks had no creative bounds and it was definitely fun to read all the unique menus! Any type of food you can think of Austin had a food truck for it!

Ramen is always a must when you travel with me. It’s my favorite type of food!

This is my favorite part of the trip. Yessssss…you better believe that ice cream was my favorite part. Second to ramen, ice cream is love! This little ice cream shop had unique flavors such as Honey Peaches & Rosemary and Lemon Lavender! I loved this place so much we went Saturday and Sunday ^_^

Hope everyone had a relaxing Independence Weekend // Follow me on Instagram @HEYCHRISSLEE to keep up with me daily!
